Kind note the following before using the online booking form
The following appointments are currently NOT available to book online, please call the front desk to discuss with the Medical Office Assistants (MOAs):
- Complete Physical Examination
- Biopsies and minor procedures
- Completion of forms
- Other appointments that may require longer than 10 minutes
PLEASE NOTE: If you need urgent review and cannot find an appointment online, please call our clinic and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All patients over the age of 12 must be present for their appointment (including phone calls)
- Online booking is only available for registered patients at this clinic.
- New patients cannot book appointments online
