Dr Arlene San Diego MD, CCFP

Dr. Arlene San Diego completed her medical degree at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and her Family Medicine Training at the University of Manitoba and is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Prior to coming to Canada, she completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in the Philippines giving her a strong foundation in women’s health and procedural medicine.

Since 2022, Dr. San Diego has been practicing full scope family medicine in rural Northern Manitoba, where she has cared for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. She also has experience as a surgical assistant in general surgery.

Dr. San Diego believes in building long term relationships with her patients through compassionate listening, shared decision-making and evidence based care, She enjoys caring for patients at every stage of life and is committed to to helping individuals and families achieve their best possible health.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring the beautiful outdoors.
