Our goal is to provide patient-centered care in a culturally safe manner. We continue to strive to provide excellent service to our patients and clients.
We do this by practicing evidence-based medicine and providing easily accessible care while also seeking feedbacks on how to improve our services.
we have introduced the principle of family medicine, which means that the family practitioner will handle the majority of medical requests with specialists involved when necessary

We are looking for family physicians who are excellent team players to join our growing team of Family Physicians in our three (3) site family practice clinics; Rutland, West Kelowna and Baron Road .
Our clinics provide excellent resource and work environment that is very supportive and offers great work life balance. Our overhead split is competitive and attractive.
